HIPAA — OUR POLICY ON CONFIDENTIALITY

Here at Schierling Chiropractic, LLC, we take patient confidentiality seriously.  Our Patient Confidentiality Form simply states that we will not share any of your information with any third parties period.  It also contains provisions for you to give us Contact Information should we need to get a hold of someone in the event of an emergency.   Please note that we do have a lot of PATIENT TESTIMONIALS (both Video & Written) on our website that our patients have given us permission to use.
